Okay, sometimes nostalgia isn’t really that satisfying, like when pretty much any show you loved growing up decides to do a reboot. ...

What's Amazing

Not only does this cold, creamy, new product of ours taste like a classic banana split, it brings something new to the table, and by table we mean carton, because its half banana and half strawberry frozen dessert, split down the middle and swirled throughout with fudge. Cool, right? Both halves of this whole are made with real fruit: bananas on the banana side and strawberries…you get it. See, we are serious about our ingredients, even if we don’t always seem that serious about these descriptions, though the web-writer-person hasn’t used the phrase “That’s bananas!” even once, which might possibly be the most amazing part of this whole paragraph.

What might be less amazing

When you see words like “banana split” and “frozen dessert” together you might think of something that is creamy and rich, and you would be exactly right. When you see words like “guar gum” and “locust bean gum” you might be like “The heck are those?” and that would be fair, but those are stabilizers which help this dairy-free innovation achieve that perfect creamy and rich texture you might expect when you see the words “banana split” and “frozen dessert” together.

HOW DO WE MAKE OUR OATMILKS?

Our oat base is just oats and water. But it’s what we do with those oats and that water that makes Oatly so special.
