So you’re a barista? Perfect. This carton of Barista Edition Oatmilk is made from liquid oats which means it isn’t overly sweet or excessively heavy. What it is, is fully foamable putting you in total control over the density and performance of your foam so you can showcase your latte art skillz, sorry we mean skills. Anyway, give it a try and see what you think.
So you’re not a barista? Also perfect. Just heat this Barista Edition Oatmilk in a container while giving it a whirl until it foams up nicely and then pour yourself a latte without cow’s milk. And if you don’t feel like a latte you might be happy to know that this product tastes just as amazing if you skip all the foaming and pour it right into your coffee or drink it straight out of the container or pour it on your granola or put it to work with your cooking skills. But let’s keep that between us non-baristas, okay?
Oatmilk (water, oats), rapeseed oil. Contains 2% or less of: dipotassium phosphate, calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, sea salt, vitamin B12, riboflavin (B2), vitamin D2, vitamin A.

What’s Amazing
This is our super premium product that tastes amazing without doing a thing to it, but performs technically beautifully when foamed. Or if you are the kind of person who likes to add a splash of milk to your deep dark brew, this product can handle that as well without separating. Any tea drinkers in the house? You probably won’t want to turn your tea into a foam party but don’t want any separation either. You are good from now on. And if you’re a vegan, weekend vegan, vegetarian or straight up carnivore, you now have something worth putting in your coffee that’s enriched with vitamins (A, D2, riboflavin, B12) and calcium to help everyone live awesome, more plant-based lives.
what might be less amazing
In order to make this product perform to the professional expectations of baristas, we added something called dipotassium phosphate as an acidity regulator. It keeps our Barista Edition Oatmilk from separating when it hits your favorite hot drinks. But one thing you can be sure of is that there is nothing in this product that isn’t absolutely necessary or absolutely approved for consumption. Everything is plant-based, void of GMOs and made carefully with your health and the health of the planet in mind.
Other
Barista Edition for the pros. Barista Edition for the non-pros too. Foamable, no make that micro-foamable. Beta-glucans (big, scientific word for soluble fiber)!
Liberates your coffee and tea from dairy, soy, nuts, GMOs and gluten.
Secret: warm it, foam it and drink it straight. Trust me.
So only the best is good enough, huh? Then drinking Full Fat oatmilk is for you. It’s the obvious choice when you want to swap whole cow’s milk for something good for the planet. If you use this super delicious oatmilk when you bake, your muffins, cakes and breads will come out so moist that it may not even bother you when people use the word “moist.” Pour it in your coffee or tea — it so thoughtfully stays smooth and delicious without acting weird or separating. This product actually might qualify as the best, but since it’s made of oats and oats are really humble, it will always be cool.

What’s Amazing
100% luxurious flavor! It doesn’t taste like diamonds or anything, but it’s perfectly creamy without all the saturated fats you usually get when you drink something creamy. In fact, whole cow’s milk has 5g of saturated fat per serving while this product only has 1g. Then why is it called Full Fat, you ask? Well, this one’s more about unsaturated fat (it has a lot!).* So if you don’t have a yacht but still want to flaunt your luxurious lifestyle, you can brag about the nice, fat oatmilk you're gulping.
BREAKING NEWS! Our Full Fat oatmilk is the first of our products to have DHA in addition to the other awesome vitamins, calcium and minerals in all our oatmilks. We think this product is going to help us ace our company goals — specifically, our goal to make it easier for people to upgrade their lives by switching to a more plant-based diet. Because if you’re a person who currently drinks full fat cow’s milk with DHA, it seems like you might be into switching to this Full Fat oatmilk with DHA, especially since you’re here reading a full fat oatmilk webpage and everything. Also, in case anyone’s not sure why DHA is such a big deal in the first place, we’d like to mention that it is an amazing omega-3 fatty acid that’s pretty famous for being good for your brain, heart and eyes.** (And it comes with its own asterisks, so you know you’re good.)
what might be less amazing
To make it work really great in coffee, we’ve added an acidity regulator. Yes, we’re aware that doesn’t sound super fun. But the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, we promise.
*Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in your daily diet contributes to maintaining a recommended cholesterol level.
**Some studies have shown that consumption of DHA, as part of a healthy diet and lifestyle, may provide important brain, heart and eye benefits throughout all stages of life.
Doesn’t contain gluten, soy or nuts. Totally cool for both vegans and non-vegans. Our product development person, Joakim, says it’s just about perfect.
We just love this product. It’s made fresh from 100% gluten-free oats and enriched with calcium. It has amazing beta-glucans (big, scientific word for soluble fiber from oats), and is naturally low in saturated fat. When should you use it? Whenever you would use old school milk from cows—chilled in a glass, for cooking or baking—in exactly the same amounts.

What’s Amazing
The glutabacons, sorry make that beta-glucans. Why is that word so difficult? Anyway the difficult word is just a science-y name for the soluble fiber in oats. And since beta-glucans are naturally in oats, we made sure they’re naturally in our oatmilks. We do add some vitamins like A, D, riboflavin, B12 and calcium to keep things modern and cool for everyone--especially our vegan and vegetarian friends living rad plant-based lives.

The liquid oats in this product are produced in Canada and then sent to the US for packaging. The reason for this is that we are a small company with really high standards. When we look for partners that can handle our production and packaging needs, besides sustainability, the most important factor is that we can guarantee a safe and delicious product. Our partner in Canada does all of the above brilliantly.
No dairy, no soy, no nuts, no gluten, no GMOs, no way.
Totally cool for both vegans and non-vegans.
It’s fresh! So you’ll want to keep it that way, in the fridge, and drink it within seven days (which shouldn’t be a problem).
Some people just prefer less fat, no matter how good the fat in question happens to be. And if you’re one of those nice people, how cool and weird is it that you’re reading this paragraph on this website at this moment about this amazing Low-Fat Oatmilk with all the flavor of beautiful gluten-free oats and only one tiny gram of unsaturated fat per serving? It also has heart-healthy beta-glucans* (big, scientific word for soluble fiber from oats) and no dairy, nuts, soy, gluten or GMOs, but right now we’re talking about less fat. Or karma. Well, whatever we’re talking about, it’s the good kind.

What’s Amazing
Simple is this product’s middle name. Okay, it technically only has a first (Low-Fat) and last name (Oatmilk) because well, they fit so nicely on the carton. But simple is really what it’s all about. Just oats, water, a hint of sea salt and some calcium, vitamins and minerals to keep things on the extra healthy side. The slightly sweet flavor of oats is front and center and delicious in coffee and tea, on cereal, in recipes, poured into a nice glass and gulped, or you can lean into the whole simple thing and skip the glass altogether. Just gulp it from the container. Cheers.
what might be less amazing
Oatly products have unsaturated fat which is in oats naturally, and also in rapeseed oil which we add to some of our products for amazing texture and performance. But this product’s one gram of fat per serving comes only from oats, which is really great in our humble opinion, but you may notice the difference in texture as compared to Oatmilk Chilled.
*Soluble fiber from foods such as oats, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease. A serving of Oatly Low Fat Oatmilk supplies 1 gram of the 3 grams of beta-glucan soluble fiber necessary per day to have this effect.
No dairy, no soy, no nuts, no gluten, no GMOs.
Totally cool for vegans, weekend vegans and non-vegans.
It’s fresh! So you’ll want to keep it that way, in the fridge, and drink it within seven days (which shouldn’t be a problem).
Everyone’s favorite: chocolate milk! Except we skip the whole cow thing and make it from beautiful gluten-free oats instead of milk. If that’s not enough, we’ve enriched it with calcium and vitamins so the more delicious Chocolate Oatmilk you drink the healthier you become. We obviously can’t promise that legally, but you know what we mean.
Here’s a random idea I, the writer, tried the other day and it was great. Shake the carton well and then pour it over your morning bowl of cereal. Crazy good. Or do what grandma used to do and heat it up for the thermos and walk across a frozen lake or something romantically Nordic like that.

What’s Amazing
This is one of those products that marketing people love because they get to say things like, “for kids from 2 to 102!” But let’s just say kids, teens, adults, lactose intolerants, lactose lovers, vegans, weekend vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians, carnivores -- all fans, in case you were wondering. It’s a delicious chocolate treat with no dairy, no soy, no nuts, no gluten, no GMOS, no whatever. And the beta-glucans (big, scientific word for soluble fiber), extra vitamins (A, D2, riboflavin, B12) and calcium mean you can pretty much guzzle the stuff all afternoon. That’s why we put it in a 64 ounce container.
what might be less amazing
If you check the ingredients list you’ll find that we have added some sugar to this product, but only 8 grams per serving. The rest of the sugar is natural, from oats. We also add natural flavors for the simple reason that they make this product taste great.
It’s fresh! So you’ll want to keep it that way, in the fridge, and drink it within seven days (which shouldn’t be a problem).
Made with our vegan and vegetarian friends in mind.
Performs great at birthday parties and while hanging out on the sofa.
It’s CHO-CO-LATE!
We made this product for people who like the idea of waking up to find the same amazing oatmilk their local barista loves, patiently waiting for them in their refrigerator so they can quickly warm it up in a container while giving it a whirl until it foams up nicely and then pour it for a latte without cow’s milk right there in the comfort of their own kitchen, saving them from annoying tasks like finding a hairbrush or putting on shoes in order to head out to a cafe. It’s the perfect product for recluses, coffee lovers and super independent people alike. Also, vegans, non-vegans, weekend vegans, and normally-not-vegan-but-sometimes-flexi-veggie-person-tarians. We don’t mean to make generalizations, but we figure you came to this oatmilk website to find out if this stuff is for you, so we thought we’d get to the point.

This is the greatest-tasting oatmilk in the history of the planet* — frozen, of course, and without anything allowed to interfere with it being the greatest tasting oatmilk in the history of the planet — frozen, of course. It’s not only proof that keeping things simple is the key to happiness (or at least a nice-tasting dessert), it is a bit of a phenomenon in that this flavor is not currently available anywhere in the world except the US. So if you have friends in Sweden, where Oatly products are as ubiquitous as blond liberals, it’s cool if you want to leave this product webpage and go let them know they are totally missing out.

What’s Amazing
As if the amazingness of just being a creamy and delicious vegan frozen dessert made from oats wasn’t enough, the whole lineup has a nice, scoop-able texture from the second you pull it out of the freezer — perfect for instant gratification fans and the impatient alike!
Sure it’s been popping up under “what might be less amazing” on some of our webpages as the main source of saturated fat in our frozen desserts, but we actually think our coconut oil is amazing, and we think our friends with nut allergies will agree because it is highly refined, which means there is virtually no protein residue.
This simple plant-based treat that’s made with the planet in mind comes in an appropriately simple 100% paper, recyclable carton made from sustainable forests, with the planet in mind. Isn’t it nice when things work out like that?
what might be less amazing
Hurray for plant-based saturated fat, stabilizers and gums! Otherwise there would be nothing for us to put under our “what might be less amazing” sections. We know some people might find these less amazing, but we are actually proud of every ingredient, and nothing goes into our products that isn’t needed. So, yay!
There are some sugars in this non-dairy frozen dessert (and in our whole lineup), but since you already knew about it being a dessert and everything, the sugar part is probably no surprise.
*According to a random survey I, web-writer-person, just took in the Oatly New York office by asking Chelsea, Emily, Rachel, Ryan and Mary, all of whom you may think are totally biased since they work here, but I think they were being impartial, though I do have a tendency to be overly optimistic about these things.
Vegan, kosher, non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free and nut-free, but still really fun at parties.
Go straight for the vanilla. Nice choice. If you can taste a pod of vanilla without picking up any influences from the frosting on little Jimmy’s birthday cake, you can be pretty sure the entire line-up is going to be great. But let’s keep the focus on our vanilla. The flavor is bold and handsome with this one, made with real vanilla seeds, natural vanilla flavor and a hint of sea salt — all of which complement the subtlety of the oats perfectly. Feeling like a midnight snack? Pull the carton out of your freezer at 11:59 and scoop away without any sitting-out-on-the-counter nonsense. Because a 12:22 a.m. snack isn’t a thing.

What’s Amazing
MADE WITHOUT RECKLESSLY TAXING THE PLANET’S RESOURCES! Yes, we think those words warrant all capital letters. In addition to the obvious fact that this is a plant-based treat made of oats instead of cow’s milk — which already saves the planet a lot of CO2e — we have also put it in a recyclable carton made of 100% SFI-certified paper from sustainable forests.
what might be less amazing
If you would like to make an exact copy of this product at home in your kitchen, there are a few things you should know. We’re listing these under “What might be less amazing,” but they could also be under the heading "Difficult ingredients to acquire if you want to make your own Oatly frozen dessert” or “Good luck with that, pal.”
- Stabilizer. Frozen desserts would like to change shape when they come out of the freezer, and even though “stabilizer” may not be at the top of the list of delicious-sounding words, it's quite well-known in frozen dessert circles.
- Saturated fat. The saturated fat in cow’s milk makes dairy ice cream stay in one piece instead of spreading out in a weird way (like in those YouTube videos where astronauts drink floating blobs of water) but we have figured out how to use saturated fat from plants instead — mainly from coconut oil. It does the trick quite nicely, thanks.
- The love, thought and care that goes into the oat base from our factory in Millville, NJ. Really difficult to make yourself.
The simple things in life are often the best. A sunset, a glass of cold water, playing a kazoo, reading copy on a product website. And of course, vanilla frozen dessert made from oats.

This one deploys a bold chocolate flavor that lets you know at first spoonful that it would like to extend a hand and make a proper introduction. To be slightly more specific, Joakim — our product development lead who moved from Malmo to New Jersey in order to bring his genius Oatly product innovation secrets to the US — says it tastes like a frozen creamy ganache of chocolate, without any malty/chocolate milk powder distractions. And that’s straight from the guy who created it, not website-writer-person marketing hype. So when you taste it, feel free to whisper “Thank you, Joakim” or, you know, whatever feels natural.

What’s Amazing
Our cocoa is UTZ certified! This ensures it is subjected to sustainable farming practices and the farmers and their families are given fair working conditions, earn a fair wage and are continually educated regarding new farming methods.
Take the carton out of the freezer and start scooping away. Yes, the “sitting out on the counter” step has been innovated out of the vegan frozen dessert equation. Welcome to the future. (Pretty sure Joakim had something to do with this, too.)
A list of the non-amazing things a product doesn’t contain will, by the laws of marketing speak, end up in the “what’s amazing” section. Like this: No dairy, no nuts, no soy, no gluten, and non-GMO.
what might be less amazing
So we think it is less amazing that the laws of the land say we have to call this product “non-dairy frozen dessert” which is a pretty vague and slightly ridiculous name when you know what it is, and we know you know what it is, and once you taste this vegan, cold and creamy, um, “non-dairy frozen dessert” made from oats, you’ll find that the words you-know-what just naturally appear in your brain, leading you to call it by its rightful but highly illegal name anyway. It’s cool though, we’ll go with vegan “non-dairy frozen dessert,” but we just wanted to address the “large gray mammal” in the room and let everyone know we know you know we know what this stuff really is.
We only use what we really need to and we are proud of all our ingredients. For instance, without stabilizers/emulsifiers, the coconut oil and water would separate and you would not be here reading about a non-dairy frozen dessert on this webpage; in fact, this webpage wouldn’t even exist. How sad for everyone.
Our vegan non-dairy frozen desserts are made from amazing plant-based ingredients, but they don’t really have less calories than the old-school dairy version. That's why they’re good. The thing about fruit being nature’s candy? Nobody’s really buying that.
Let’s talk flavor strategy. Yes, it’s a thing in the product development world. So a lot of other players in this category have a “strawberries & cream” game plan, but our strategy is to let the star player be the star player. (You may be glad to know, with that last sentence, we’ve reached the quota for sports references on an oat company website, so please read on with confidence.) Even though our strawberries pair amazingly well with our oat base, our goal was never a strawberries & cream flavor. We’re making strawberry here, people. And in keeping with the bold flavor theme, we’ve added a touch of lemon and sea salt to bring out the strawberries’ best talents. The result is that if it was summer and you were in a field eating juicy red strawberries brushed lightly with the leaf of a citrus tree, you wouldn’t have to try this product because you would already know exactly what it tastes like.

What’s Amazing
It’s strawberries and oats, both grown from the soil of the earth, together in ice cold community.
No synthetic flavors dressed up as strawberries or cream or pirates or whatever.
The carton is made of 100% SFI-certified paper from sustainable forests, and is totally recyclable (depending on your city, but come on, cities, let’s get with the program).
what might be less amazing
Nothing is more annoying than bringing up how they did things at your last job, or school, or roller derby — but in Sweden, we’ve been calling this product “ice cream” like forever, and the naming police there are cool with it. We just wanted to mention that fact here under what might be less amazing on this US strawberry non-dairy frozen dessert webpage.
Guar gum and locust bean gum are in the mix to help with the texture because there’s basically no way to make a delicious non-dairy or dairy frozen dessert without gums.
We have also mixed in a little stabilizer, which of course is a disadvantage if you prefer melted ice cream. In that case, maybe just skip the part where you freeze this product (though we don’t officially recommend it).
It’s certified vegan! We must be pretty confident that you already knew this key fact since it is all the way over here in the “Other” section.
Gluten-free, non-GMO and kosher, too. How thoughtful is that?

Imagine a medium roast just before it transitions too far north, leaving some room for a chocolatey and nutty sensation to kick through and keep you honest. Wait, you are honest, that made no sense at all. Anyway, this product is made with organic, fair-trade coffee that brings a not-too-milky, real-coffee boldness you really have to taste to understand because whenever someone tries to describe it, they say dorky things like “real-coffee boldness.” But if you’ve ever had our Barista Edition oatmilk in a cappuccino, you know how perfectly it complements coffee, so you also know we’re not exaggerating when we say this vegan product is a feat of technology and imagination that warrants turning off whatever device you’re reading this on, grabbing a spoon and heading out the door to find the nearest freezer section with these brown-ish cartons behind its glass, so you can grab one (pay for it) and try it for yourself.
Ingredients
Oat base (water, oats), coconut oil, sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, coffee, low erucic acid rapeseed oil. Contains 2% or less of: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, locust bean gum, guar gum, sea salt.

What’s Amazing
Like we said, it’s made with actual organic coffee, not a bunch of synthetic flavorings, or any at all, really.
Guar gum and locust bean gum are in the mix to make the texture amazing, and since we only use what is needed and we’re also proud of every ingredient in our products, we’ve confidently put the gums here under “what’s amazing.” (See also “what might be less amazing.”)
It’s vegan! (Yes, it’s a given. But three points are so much more satisfying than two.)
what might be less amazing
There are sugars, but you knew there would be, right? Maybe we didn’t need to mention it.
Some people might think the fact we use guar gum and locust bean gum to make the texture amazing is less amazing — so we’ve put the gums here under “what might be less amazing.” (See also “what’s amazing”)
Certified vegan.
Our friends with allergies are good from now on. No gluten, no soy, no nuts. Also, no dairy, but you knew that already.
Our frozen desserts aren’t altered versions of what you’d find in nature. They taste as close to the flavor name as we could get them and they got that way because we use natural flavors, not a bunch of synthetic flavorings. The amazing result here is a mint chip that tastes leafy green and remains fresh while its cooling sensation is fused into some dark, contrasty chocolate chips that are actually square — more like chocolate chunks, really — as it proudly refuses to resemble anything close to an after-dinner mint. And that was the intention. So, it’s probably worth noting that any super-dramatic copy you encounter on this page could be due the fact that this one is the web-writer-person’s favorite. But seriously, you should try it. Trust me.

What’s Amazing
Everything is plant-based and vegan with natural flavors, so there’s nothing synthetic or animal-based here that might keep you from polishing off a pint after any rom-com-style break ups you encounter.
You can still retain your current standing as “a pretty patient person” because this treat won’t need to sit on the counter deciding whether or not it feels like being ready to scoop.
Our coconut oil. Yes, you may see it under “what might be less amazing” on some of our webpages as the source of saturated fat in our frozen desserts, but we actually think our coconut oil is amazing, and we think our friends with nut allergies will agree because it is highly refined, which means there is virtually no protein residue.
what might be less amazing
Since you’ve surely read all our other frozen dessert webpages from beginning to end (like everyone does these days), you already know this product has saturated fat and a little stabilizer mixed in. If it didn’t, it wouldn’t be described as a non-dairy frozen dessert but as its own unique category: runny product with natural mint flavor and dark chocolate chips. To be precise, it is plant-based saturated fat that we use. But you probably already knew that, too.
If you like mint and chocolate chips, this might achieve favorite status in your brain under the “Vegan dessert” category, and possibly also in the “All desserts I’ve ever tasted” category, but see what you think.
This non-dairy frozen dessert is totally unique as far as non-dairy frozen desserts go because it doesn’t make you want to pat it on the back and say, “Nice effort, champ!” This one nails all the expectations that come with the beloved chocolate chip status. It’s our bold vanilla frozen dessert made slightly more delicate by skipping the vanilla seeds, to make room for lovely dark chocolate chips to float randomly around waiting to add another texture to the party. For when you want chocolate and you want vanilla … wait, you know how the chocolate chip thing works.

What’s Amazing
This vegan frozen dessert hero will free the masses from the ridiculous chore of microwaving a carton in order to make the treat inside scoop-able, though it clearly cannot guarantee relief from overly-written product webpage copy.
Our carton is made of 100% SFI-certified paper from sustainable forests, and is totally recyclable (depending on your city, but come on, cities, let’s get with the program).
what might be less amazing
If you have read about our other frozen desserts here on this website, you already know that we use plant-based saturated fat and why. So we probably don’t need to repeat it again, but might as well.
Expect some saturated fats in this entire non-dairy frozen dessert lineup, but these are from plants of course — mainly coconut oil. Just FYI, all the lineups of all the non-dairy frozen desserts and dairy-based ice creams in all the world have saturated fats, since that’s what makes people point to them and say, “Look! Ice cream” instead of “Look! A strange watery blob.”
It’s vegan and gluten-free with no dairy, no soy and no nuts. Seriously, you will probably like this stuff. It performs beautifully on cones, in bowls and right out of the carton with a nice big spoon.
